I know I'm a couple days behind schedule, but we enjoyed a States-style turkey dinner yesterday. I almost teared up when I smelled the bird roasting...so many happy Thanksgiving memories. I was able to FaceTime into my family's celebration in North Carolina on Thursday, but I was happy I got to enjoy pumpkin pie, potatoes and gravy, stuffing, veggies, and, of course, turkey here in Belize. It was a big hit with the host family, too!
